About the Founder
Nuriona Berdica is the co-founder of Q-Lever.
She is a licensed legal auditor in Albania and Kosovo, as well as an ACCA member, with over 25 years of professional experience in audit and assurance. She built her technical and professional profile working for the first 17 years of her career at Deloitte Albania, holding leadership roles in audit and contributing to the implementation of international auditing and financial reporting standards for both local and international companies.
Her career later expanded in the domestic market as a Partner with equity participation at Kreston Albania, where she was responsible for establishing processes and consolidating a high-quality audit practice. She led key risk assessment processes, strengthened methodology, and ensured compliance with international and legal financial reporting standards, placing quality at the center of her work and developing team capabilities. This effort directly contributed to the rapid growth of Kreston Albania, moving the firm from 14th place in 2019 to 3rd nationally.
At Q-Lever, Nuriona contributes to strategic leadership and the development of company services, focusing on managerial consulting and capacity building. She leads the design of training and mentoring programs, and helps create practical methodologies and tools that enable organizations to improve processes, governance, and performance sustainably.
A core pillar of her professional commitment is training and mentoring. She designs and develops practical programs in auditing, financial reporting, risk management, and internal audit, with a special focus on people development and long-term capacity building.
Internationally, Nuriona is active in quality practices and professional development as a member of the ACCA Global Audit and Assurance Forum and as part of quality control groups at Deloitte and Kreston, contributing to the improvement of auditing standards, methodologies, and best practices.
About the Founder
Fatmir Berdica is the co-founder of Q-Lever shpk and a senior professional in finance and insurance, with over 20 years of executive experience in the insurance sector and financial reporting.
He currently serves as a Board Member at Intersig (Vienna Insurance Group), covering key areas such as innovation, underwriting, finance, investments, reinsurance, and claims management, as well as building structures and processes that increase efficiency and control.
At Q-Lever shpk, he contributes to strategic leadership and service development, bringing his expertise in finance, risk management, governance, and organizational capacity building for growing businesses.
He has a strong profile in accounting and financial reporting standards, serving as Vice President of the Institute of Chartered Accountants (IKM), a member of the Professional Examinations Commission, and a member of the National Accounting Council. He is certified as a trainer and service provider for Forensic Accounting and Outsourcing Diploma programs under IKM professional schemes.
Additionally, he has extensive teaching and training experience, serving as a visiting lecturer at the University of Tirana, contributing to the development of new professionals and strengthening practical skills in accounting and finance.

Ai ka profil të konsoliduar në menaxhimin e marrëdhënieve me klientët dhe administrimin e proceseve operacionale, duke siguruar funksionim të strukturuar, përputhshmëri dhe raportim të rregullt.

Mbi Themeluesit
Artan Lila është drejtues teknik i kurseve të trajnimit në Q-Lever, me përvojë të gjatë akademike dhe profesionale në fushën e zhvillimit ekonomik, veçanërisht në ndërthurjen e turizmit me marketingun dhe menaxhimin, si dhe me planifikimin rajonal. Ai është pedagog në Universitetin “Aleksandër Xhuvani” Elbasan, ku ligjëron, ndër të tjera, lëndë të lidhura me marketingun dhe menaxhimin turistik, si dhe fusha të afërta me zhvillimin ekonomik përmes turizmit.
Në rolin e tij në Q-Lever, ai udhëheq konceptimin dhe standardizimin e përmbajtjeve mësimore, strukturimin e programeve dhe materialeve të trajnimit, me fokus në zgjidhje praktike dhe në lidhjen e njohurive me nevojat reale të tregut.
Përvoja e tij shoqërohet edhe me kontribute akademike në tema me dimension ekonomik dhe social (p.sh. punësimi/papunësia dhe varfëria), si dhe pjesëmarrje në projekte dhe aktivitete kërkimore që lidhen me zhvillimin e qëndrueshëm dhe potencialet e sektorëve ekonomikë.

Ana Preni është pjesë e ekipit të Q-Lever si konsulente part-time, me profil në Business Informatics dhe fokus në zgjidhje digjitale dhe komunikim. Ajo kontribuon në zhvillimin dhe mirëmbajtjen e faqes së internetit, menaxhimin e përmbajtjes dhe marketingut në rrjetet sociale, si dhe në hartimin e sondazheve, përpunimin e të dhënave dhe mbështetjen e projekteve në fusha si qëndrueshmëria dhe digjitalizimi.
Paralelisht, Ana ka përvojë praktike nga programe dhe internship-e ndërkombëtare (përfshirë një angazhim në Berlin) dhe është e orientuar drejt zhvillimit të vazhdueshëm profesional, me aftësi të mira në programim dhe krijimin e kurseve online.
