From girls for girls: Training for sustainable entrepreneurship
One of our missions at Q-Lever is to create real impact for young people, especially young women building their path in the world of entrepreneurship. With this spirit, our team contributed to the “Sustainable Business and Legal Compliance” training, organized by Kallz – Multifunctional Center, as part of the Women Startup Competition Albania.
The training focused on young female entrepreneurs and provided essential knowledge for starting and developing a sustainable and legally compliant business. Key topics covered during the activity included:
Choosing the most suitable legal form for organizing a business;
Licensing and protection of intellectual property;
Organization of the financial system and compliance with tax legislation;
Management of legal, financial, and operational risks;
Implementation of ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) strategies as a competitive advantage in local and international markets.
This activity demonstrates our commitment to empowering girls and women on their journey toward sustainable and impactful entrepreneurship. We believe that every small business led by a girl today can become a sustainable leader of tomorrow.
