ConnectIT
ConnectIT is a project enabled and supported by the German government through GIZ Albania, specifically the ProSEED 2.0 program, in collaboration with the Ministry of Finance and Economy. The goal was “to utilize IT students’ technical assistance for the digitalization of certain work processes of SMEs,” which aligns with one of the main objectives: creating bridging opportunities and strengthening collaboration between universities and the private sector. As part of this project, the Q-Lever sh.p.k website was developed with students from the Metropolitan University. Following this collaboration, Q-Lever sh.p.k offered employment opportunities to one of the team members who participated in the project.
IN ESG
IN ESG is part of the services offered by Q-Lever, a member of the Global Reporting Initiative network. The Start UP Agency has selected our winning project and will support us in developing the platform for online trainings and organizing a conference on the benefits that the ecosystem gains from implementing sustainable practices. Through the IN ESG project, we aim to raise awareness among all stakeholders regarding the implementation of sustainable development practices. Our goal is to provide the business community with techniques and tools for implementing and reporting sustainable development practices that align with effective financial management. Additionally, we aim to engage with academia to promote scientific research and with professional training schools to educate and encourage Green practices. An important component is also communication with public institutions regarding the inclusion of sustainable practices in policy-making.
